Originally from VA, Kathie attended James Madison University for two years and finished her degree in Business Administration from Webster University. Due to her husband’s job transfer, they relocated to St Louis, MO in 2008.
Having always worked in the Customer Service industry, Kathie knows the value of interacting with customers to ensure the best experience and service possible. Making the transition as Customer Service Coordinator with Jamplast, Inc utilized Kathie’s previous background in logistics and customer service.
In her spare time- she loves to travel, foodie by nature and spending time with family and friends. Most weekends, Kathie and her husband can be found at either the soccer or softball fields supporting their daughters’ passion for the sport.
